Each month, ATP awards one associate an Employee of the Month Award. The winner is nominated by their peers and final selection is made by the ATP Associates Committee. Nominations are based on excellent job performance, promoting a pleasant working environment, dependability, and/or innovation during the calendar month for which the award is to be given.
